What is the return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery and offer free shipping on returns and exchanges. To process a return, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page.
Please note: shoes that show signs of wear or have the protective sticker removed from the sole are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Can I exchange my shoes for another pair?
Yes, of course! Any unworn pair of heels can be exchanged for free within 30 days of delivery. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page.

How do I track my order?
A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you once your shoes ship. Alternatively, you can sign into your account at inez.com, search for your order number and then click the FedEx tracking number.
Do your shoes run true to size?

What if the shoes I want are sold out?
Not to worry — we restock frequently. If you see that your size is out of stock, please sign up for a one-time email letting you know when we have restocked. For more specific information on a restock date, please email us at inez@inez.com or call 212-484-0705, Mon–Fri 9am–6pm ET.
Will my shoes break in?
Our shoes will mold to your foot with every wear. The amount of time to break in a pair varies by material, as well as style. A little snugness around the width will give in after a few wears, but the length should feel good from the start.
When can I expect my refund?
Depending on your credit card company, you will typically see the refund within 10 business days from when the return has been processed. You will get an email notification when the refund has been processed. Please see more information in our Return Policy page.
